Sohna's price jump: Is it just me or is it too much?

Sohna's price jump feels a bit too aggressive lately. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. Sohna mein prices pichle 1-2 saal mein kaafi badh gaye hain, especially near the main highway. Is this current price trend sustainable, ya should I wait for some correction? Not sure if the premium for a 3BHK there makes sense for an upgrade. What's the general sentiment? Buy abhi or hold off for a bit? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor.
