Dwarka Expressway completion and Gurugram Metro extension ka impact kitna hoga on these prices? Some say SPR is the next big thing for appreciation, but is it really worth the premium abhi? Ya should I consider something slightly further in New Gurugram sectors for better long-term ROI? Honestly not sure. Which area would you pick if you were in my position for a 2BHK investment?
