Last year, I heard Trehan Luxury Floors in Sohna were around ₹1.5 Cr, abhi ₹1.94 Cr dikha raha hai. Is this capital appreciation real ya just builder's new pricing? My 2BHK chhota pad raha hai, thinking of upgrading. What's the actual rental yield for these? Don't want low ROI with my existing EMI.

Bhai, ye toh builder ki marketing trick lag rahi hai. Prices artificially inflate karte hain launch ke baad.
