Sohna's under-construction gamble is getting scary

Fed up renting since Diwali. Sohna mein Signature Global City 92 Phase 2 aur Tata Arabella dekh raha. Under-construction ka risk kitna hai? Tata Arabella ke floor plans mein space kaisa hai?

Yaar, I'm also looking at Sohna. Signature Global City 92 Phase 2 sounds good but under-construction ka risk is always there. My budget is also around that 1.3 Cr mark. Kya lagta hai, worth it?

Totally agree. Mere friends ne bhi under-construction mein book kiya tha, 2 saal late ho gaya project. Builder ne dates pe dates di bas, bahut headache hai.
