Bhai, you're not wrong to be concerned. Bren ka track record toh mixed hi raha hai, especially with their older projects. 1.4 Cr is a huge amount for a first-time buyer. Kya aapne on-site visit kiya hai? Construction quality kaisi lag rahi hai?
Totally agree with your point about Bren. My friend booked a flat with them in another project near Aavalahalli a few years back. Possession was delayed by almost 2 years, aur jab mila bhi, finishings are so shoddy.
