Bhai, Soho By Bren ka price range sunke hi darr lag raha hai. ₹1.4 Cr se shuru, that's a huge jump for a first-time buyer like me. Investment ROI ke liye itna high entry point worth it hoga kya? Bren ka delivery track record toh theek hai, but delays ka darr rehta hi hai.
