ROI toh sirf paper pe accha lagta hai. Ground reality is different, especially for first-time buyers who are on a budget.
The possession date of 2025-11-01 seems aggressive for a project of this scale, especially with Bren's history. My cousin booked in their earlier project and got possession 1.5 years late. Don't rely solely on brochure dates, always add a buffer.
