Solitairian City mein actual capital appreciation kitni expect kar sakte hain? I'm finally taking the plunge, fed up of renting. ₹60L ka budget hai for a 2BHK. Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai, especially for ongoing projects? Resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Worried about getting stuck if I need to exit in 5-7 years. UPRERA approvals toh hain but builder ka past delivery kaafi mixed suna hai. Any real investor experiences?
Noida mein family ke liye perfect ghar dhundna itna mushkil lag raha hai, especially with kids. We're seriously considering Solitairian City for a 3BHK; budget around ₹1.5-2 Cr. Builder ki reputation toh theek lag rahi hai, but I'm worried about daily livability. Brochure mein amenities sab dikhate hain, but real life mein swimming pool ya gym kitna useful hota hai, ya sirf show-off? My wife's priority is a good community vibe aur kids ke liye safe environment. Nearby good schools hain kya, aur neighbourhood safe hai kya for children to play? Carpet area efficiency bhi ek concern hai, flats bade lagte hain but actual usable space kitni milti hai? Any current residents, please share your experience. Is Solitairian City genuinely a good home, ya sirf marketing hype hai?
