Solutrean Gateway amenities are just marketing

Solutrean Gateway 95 — I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Their brochure shows great amenities, but I'm worried about the reality. Kya clubhouse sirf showpiece hota hai? And construction quality, will it hold up after a year? Kisi ko experience hai with promised vs delivered for this project ya similar ones in Gurgaon? Is the price jump worth it for these amenities?
