Did some deep research on Song Of Wind from Dubai for an investment property. I'm looking for long-term appreciation and decent rental income, but can't do a site inspection myself. The builder's delivery track record seems okay, but for an ongoing project, how realistic are those possession timelines? I'm worried about potential delays since I'm not there to follow up. What's the actual rental yield people are seeing in that area for a 2BHK? And for resale in 5-7 years, how liquid is the market? I'll need a property manager and power of attorney, so any insights on those aspects would be super helpful too.
