Okay, I'm fed up of renting! 10 saal rent waste kiya. Finally buying. Soni Realtech ke projects kaise hain, guys? Sector 62A mein investment sahi rahega? Under-construction lene mein darr lagta hai, but ready-to-move bahut expensive hai. Kya opinion hai aap logon ka? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar.

My cousin bought in Sector 137. Builder promised so many amenities, but half of them are still not complete. Check amenities completion status before booking!
Soni Realtech ka website dekha? Woh kya bol rahe hain about possession dates?
Ultimately, it's your decision. But do your homework. Noida mein bahut fraud hota hai. Good luck!
So, OP, what are you leaning towards now? Ready-to-move or still considering under-construction with Soni Realtech?
One last thing: get a home loan pre-approval. It will give you a better idea of your budget and eligibility.
Bhai, Soni Realtech ka track record dekh lo. Google karo. You'll find plenty of complaints about delays and poor construction quality.
Haan, exactly. Check consumer forums too. You'll get a better idea of their customer service.
True. Don't just rely on what the builder tells you. Do your own research.
New metro line extension bhi aa raha hai, so Sector 62A will become even more valuable in the future. But still, builder is important.
Don't forget to check the builder-buyer agreement carefully. That's where they hide all the nasty clauses.
I agree with U17. Search for reviews and complaints before investing. It's better to be safe than sorry.
Which project in 62A are you considering? Rates kya quote kar rahe hain?
Haan, rates batao. Sector 62A mein avg rate kya chal raha hai?
And possession status kya hai? Are they promising possession in 6 months or 2 years?
Important to know the carpet area too. They often quote super area, which is misleading.
Mera ek dost ne Soni Realtech mein invest kiya tha. He's still waiting for possession. It's been 4 years! I would be very careful.
Sector 62A is good for rental income too, if you're thinking long term. But right now, market is a bit slow. Prices are high.
Under construction mein risk toh hai, but the potential for appreciation is also higher. Just make sure you do your due diligence. Lawyer se sab documents check karwa lo.
Exactly! Due diligence is key. RERA mein jaake complaints dekho about Soni Realtech.
Agreed. And don't just rely on the builder's word. Get everything in writing. Penalties for delays, clear timelines, etc.
RERA check karna is a must. Also, visit their other projects and talk to residents living there.
Lawyer se check karvana is a good point. My friend got screwed because he didn't read the fine print.
I invested in Sector 75 three years ago, under construction. Big mistake! Project still not complete. Soni Realtech ka pata nahi, but learn from my experience. Ready-to-move is worth the extra money for peace of mind.
Ready-to-move mein bhi scams hote hain. Check for encumbrances and pending dues. Nothing is straightforward in Noida, bhai.
Soni Realtech... hmm. Sector 62A is a good location, no doubt. But before you jump, check their past projects. Delayed deliveries kaafi hote hain Noida mein.
10 saal rent waste kiya? Bhai, welcome to the club! I did the same. Ready-to-move is safer, but yeah, pocket pe bhaari padta hai. 62A is promising, but research Soni Realtech properly.
Soni Realtech? I've heard mixed reviews. Kuch log bolte hain decent quality hai, kuch kehte hain delays bahut hote hain. Which project are you looking at specifically?
Sector 62A is good because of the connectivity. Metro station is right there. But Soni Realtech... I'd be wary. Check RERA registration number and the builder's history. Don't just go by their fancy brochures.
