Birla Estate's quality is seriously overrated for the prices they charge in South Delhi, change my mind. Hum log Vasant Kunj ya Saket mein 3BHK dekh rahe hain for the kids, around ₹3-4 Cr ka budget hai. But Birla ke projects mein finishing issues sunne ko milte hain, aur delivery ka track record bhi Godrej ya DLF jaisa solid nahi lagta. Kya yeh sirf perception hai ya sach mein construction quality mein fark hai? Especially for end-users like us, jinke liye kids' safety aur school proximity matter karti hai. Customer support bhi baad mein ghost kar deta hai kya? Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree yaar! Hum bhi Birla Estates ke projects dekh rahe the Vasant Kunj mein, but wahi finishing issues aur delays ki stories sunke darr lag raha hai. ₹3-4 Cr mein expectations high hoti hain, especially for a family. Kya sach mein itna compromise karna padega?
Sahi baat hai, itne paise kharch karke bhi agar man marzi na ho toh kya fayda? Budget tight hai, so we need value for money.
