₹3.5 Cr for a 3BHK in South Ex I – I'm seeing prices like this. Is the appreciation potential still there? From my experience, South Ex always held value, par ab is price point pe ROI kya banega? Metro connectivity acchi hai, but parking aur traffic ka kya scene hai daily? Is it still a calculated risk or just overvalued now? Thinking long-term.
