Spacebook Estates delay: Anyone else facing this?

I'm seriously frustrated with Spacebook Estates. Possession was promised in 2025, abhi tak kuch nahi. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 127, thinking of upgrading, but is the price jump worth it with all these delays? Already have a home loan. Is anyone else facing similar issues? What did you do?

Before investing anywhere, check the builder's track record thoroughly. Mera bhi same experience tha with another project 2 years ago. Lost a lot of money. Ab darr lagta hai.

Labour shortage? That's their standard excuse! They've been saying that for two years now. Bhai, this builder ka reputation is not good. I heard they have other delayed projects too.

I bought in Sector 150 three years ago. Thankfully, possession mila on time. But the price appreciation hasn't been as much as I expected. Maybe because of all these delay issues with other builders in Noida.

Sector 150 is still a good bet long term, especially with the Jewar airport coming up. Patience is key.

U8, I went last week. Barely any progress. They've laid the foundation for another tower, but that's it. Labour shortage ka bahana de rahe hain.

Totally feeling your pain! Spacebook Estates? More like 'Spaced-Out' Estates! 2025 was a joke. Sector 127 mein reh rahe ho toh phir bhi thik hai, rent pe toh jaan nikal jati. I'm also stuck, paid a hefty booking amount.
