Spacetech Edana

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 150, including Spacetech Edana. Fed up of renting, so finally taking the plunge. I'm really worried about maintenance charges in these big projects. Spacetech Edana ka maintenance kitna hai per sqft? Aur is it actually worth it? Matlab, clubhouse facilities like the gym and pool use hote bhi hain ya bas showpiece hain? Real mein kitne log use karte hain, aur service quality kaisi hai after possession? Parking ka bhi tension hai.

Honestly, I'm a bit concerned about builder promises after visiting a few sites. Spacetech Edana mein brochure ke green areas aur kids play zones on-site bohot chote lage. Kids ke liye open space important hai yaar. Wife is worried about actual usability. Kya possession tak amenities change ho jaati hain? Is this common?

2 months huye hain Spacetech Edana mein shift kiye, aur bathroom mein seepage already shuru ho gayi. Construction quality pe sab chup hain, yaar. Clubhouse bhi hardly use hota, bas showpiece hai. Maintenance charges toh full lete hain, service zero. Change my mind.

My kids have moved out, so my wife and I are looking to downsize from our big house to a 2BHK in Noida, something manageable. We saw Spacetech Edana and the brochure looked great – clubhouse, green areas, all that. But honestly, I'm worried about the reality versus what's promised. Are those fancy clubhouses actually used, or do they just sit empty after a few months? We also want reliable elevators and proper power backup for the whole flat, not just common areas. My current place has constant issues with seepage and cracks; I don't want that again. What about maintenance charges? They always sound reasonable initially, but then you get in and the service is patchy, or the charges shoot up. We're looking for a good society, low maintenance, and proximity to a hospital. Does anyone have experience with actual delivery versus promises with Spacetech Edana or similar projects in Noida? What about construction quality after a year or two? Am I the only one who feels this way?
