Spark Divine: My 2BHK feels smaller than expected
Spark Divine — just moved in last month, and honestly, daily life here is a mixed bag. The show flat looked huge, but actual carpet area feels smaller than I expected for a 2BHK. My 1100 sqft unit, after all the built-up area, lagta hai kaafi compact hai. Kids ke play area aur balcony space bhi chhota lagta hai. Yaar, other societies in Greater Noida West at similar price points, like around ₹90L, offer better usable space, right? Or is this typical for projects delivered now? Noise levels are okay, but ventilation sometimes feels off. What are your thoughts on floor plan efficiency and actual livability here? Anyone else feel like the carpet area commitment was a bit misleading?

Bhai, totally relate! I'm also looking at Spark Divine and the 2BHKs seemed so spacious in the brochure. But then I visited a friend's place in another project, and their 1000 sqft felt bigger. Ye carpet area ka chakkar samajh hi nahi aata. Is it just me or builders are getting smarter with their layouts?
