Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Siddhartha Vihar. Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. I'm looking at Jain Homes 1, but honestly, how do you verify RERA registration properly? Is it just checking the number or more to see if a builder like AR Infratech has issues? What if they delay possession? Does RERA actually help, or is it just on paper for buyers?
