Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 52. I'm in a 2BHK, want to upgrade to a 3BHK. Can you actually negotiate more on resale properties than new projects like Rishika Green Global? Brokers say yes, but I'm unsure about the real difference.

Bhai, Sector 52 mein resale kaafi difficult hai negotiate karna, especially if it's a good society. Rishika Green Global toh naya hai, wahan toh builders ka rate card fixed hota hai. Brokers hamesha zyada hi bolte hain. Resale mein bhi kya lagta hai, kitna % tak negotiation possible hai aajkal?
