Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 82A. M3M, Godrej sab dekha. Prices toh bhai, especially for 3BHK, ₹2.5 Cr tak jaa rahe hain easily. My concern is, is this appreciation sustainable till 2026? From my experience, ye jo current surge hai, it feels a bit much. Kya lagta hai, which projects/localities will actually give solid ROI in the next 2-3 years? Aur rental yield ka kya scene hai? With these prices, I'm worried yields won't even cross 2.5%. Kisi ko kuch real data ya insight hai for Sohna?
