Okay I'll be honest — Sohna ka market samajhna is getting tougher. I'm looking at Spiti Greenwood Estate, price range ₹3.80-4.40 Cr. My main concern is the builder's delivery track record. What's the real capital appreciation forecast here? Is the resale market liquid enough for a quick exit in 5-7 years? I've seen projects get stuck. What are your thoughts on its actual ROI potential? Yaar, Spiti ka track record toh mixed hi hai. Mera ek dost Badshahpur mein unka project dekh raha tha, but delivery mein kaafi delay hua. 2028 possession date bhi bohot door lag rahi hai for a quick exit. ROI ka toh kuch keh nahi sakte abhi, market bahut volatile hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera bhi yahi concern hai. Itne high price point pe risk lena theek nahi lagta. Kya Sohna mein koi aur builder better hai,
