Jab book kiya tha, ₹28 Lakh mein, toh laga tha achhi deal hai Ghaziabad mein, especially being a COMPLETED project. Ab jab resale karne niklo toh koi buyer milta hi nahi. Capital appreciation toh chodo, original price bhi nikalna mushkil lag raha hai. I'm completely with you on the liquidity issue.
