Yaar, yeh Adani Realty ke spot discounts sunke toh lag raha hai ki kuch gadbad hai. Builders aise discounts tabhi dete hain jab inventory move nahi ho rahi hoti. Golf Course Extension Road pe prices already sky-high hain. Mujhe toh lagta hai yeh bas ek marketing gimmick hai, actual savings nahi. Is it really worth considering a higher PLC for a 'better view' if the base price itself is inflated? ROI ka kya hoga fir?
