Builder spot discounts on projects like Salarpuria Sattva's Ameerpet ones are just timing adjustments, not real savings. Unko pehle base price badhaate hai, then they 'discount' it. Totally agree with this post! Builders ka yeh pura game hai. Pehle rate badha do, phir 'special discount' bolke becho. Maine bhi ek project mein dekha tha Salarpuria Sattva ka, Ameerpet side hi. No real savings at all.

Exactly! Salarpuria Sattva ka toh yeh common tactic hai. They play on the urgency. Meri friend ne bhi almost book kar liya tha wahan, luckily we checked other options.
