Should one always push for construction-linked payment plans over a bigger down payment in Hyderabad? Just moved into my Salarpuria Sattva flat in Kothapet last month, and honestly, I'm second-guessing my payment strategy. Builder ne bahut push kiya for CLP, saying it's safer, but now I feel like I could've negotiated a better price with a larger upfront payment. Also, this floor-rise premium for higher floors, is it ever really worth it for investment? My flat is on the 8th floor and I paid a premium, not sure if it’ll give good ROI later. Jab spot discount ki baat aayi, they said 'no price-drop policy', but then offered some 'flexible payment terms'. Matlab, are these just different words for the same thing? What does the community think? If you were buying in Financial District or Kokapet today, which payment plan would you pick and why? Aur yeh floor-rise ka kya scene hai for future appreciation?
