NRI Builders? In South City II? Bhai, please be very careful. Spot discounts are almost always a tactic to pressure you into a quick decision. They want to prevent you from comparing prices or doing your due diligence. Don't fall for it. What's the per sqft rate they quoted you?

Totally agree with you! My friend got burned by a similar 'limited-time offer' near Badshahpur last year. The project got delayed by 2 years and the 'discount' didn't even cover the rent he paid during that time. Builders do this all the time.
