₹78 lakh for a 3BHK on Kalawad Road seemed okay, but then builder ne bola this includes PLC, floor rise, parking sab. I've been looking at places from Balaji Group and Madhav Group near 150 Feet Ring Road. Honestly, they show one price, then negotiation ke time they offer some 'spot discount' of 2-3 lakh. Is that real negotiation? Ya just a standard thing? Not sure if these PLC and floor-rise charges are fixed ya unme bhi kuch adjustment ho sakta hai. My parents keep saying builders inflate prices to show discounts later. What's the actual scope to knock off more from the final price? Any tips for a first-time buyer to get a better deal in Rajkot?
