Been in my Salarpuria Sattva 3BHK in Manikonda for two months now. Paying ₹1.8Cr was tough. I'm still wondering if I handled the negotiation right. Option 1: Should I have pushed harder for a 5-7% spot discount, even if it meant risking the deal? Option 2: Or is it better to just accept the quoted price and focus on minimizing hidden charges at possession? What's the smarter play in Hyderabad these days?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I'm looking in Gachibowli and builders are so rigid with pricing. ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Manikonda sounds about right these days, but still, that 5-7% would make a huge difference to the EMI. I'm always wondering if pushing for negotiation is even worth it in this market, or if it just frustrates the builder.
