Spot discounts feel like a complete mind game from builders. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself in Pilkhuwa is different. Divyansh And Uppal Llp is offering 'spot discounts'. My broker claims it's just adjusting PLC. Has anyone seen real price drops, or is it always a trick? Are these genuine savings?
