SPR's hidden risks outweigh the hype – change my mind

Southern Peripheral Road — honestly, I think it's a huge gamble for residential buyers right now. I work in real estate, so I see the spin. But buying for myself, I'm just not convinced by the hype around SPR, especially in sectors like 70A. Everyone talks about future connectivity, but nobody mentions the insane traffic now, or how long it'll actually take for all that promised infrastructure to *really* materialise. I mean, we've heard these stories before, haven't we? What about the actual completion timelines vs. what's in the brochure? PLCs are crazy, but are we paying for something that's still years away from being truly livable? Not sure if the premium is justified when ground realities are still so iffy.
