Sri Charitha Green Woods? Completed project hai, but 78 L for 96 units sounds a bit much for a first-time investment. Capital appreciation ka track record kaisa hai in that area, especially post-completion? Has anyone actually seen good returns there?

U1, I heard it's a decent project, but yes, price is a concern for that segment. Location theek hai, but ROI is the big question mark. We don't want to overpay and then get stuck.
