4 months into my Sri Sai Nandana Regal flat, minor cracks are showing already. Maintenance charges feel high, but service is slow. How badly does this affect resale value or tenant attraction later? Is this normal for new projects?

Builders promise a lot, but is the clubhouse actually used daily, ya bas showpiece hai? Aur construction quality, after a year ya do saal mein, cracks ya seepage problems aate hain kya? Maintenance charges value for money hote hain, ya sirf bills hi aate rehte hain?
