For months now, I've been looking at completed projects in Ghaziabad for investment. Sri Sri Homz Independent Floors caught my eye, priced ₹1.72-2.88 Cr. It's completed, which is good, but I'm honestly not sure about its investment potential. What's the capital appreciation been like? Has the price moved significantly since launch? For rental yield, what can one realistically expect per month for a 3BHK? My parents keep saying location is key for resale, so how liquid is the secondary market for Sri Sri Homz? Is it easy to find buyers if I need to exit in 5-7 years? Any insights on the builder's track record? Just trying to figure out if this makes sense for long-term wealth creation. What do you all think?
