Sri Sri Homz ke baare mein maine bhi suna hai. But ₹1.7 Cr - ₹2.9 Cr range mein independent floors for just 6 units? Is this even a proper project or more like a small-time builder ka venture?
Ghaziabad mein bahut projects ka haal kharab hai. Mera ek dost ne Ahinsa Khand II mein invest kiya tha, builder ne possession ki date 3 baar postpone kar di. Independent floors mein toh aur zyada attention chahiye, especially jab units itne kam ho. Be careful, aisi deals aksar phasa deti hain.
Bhai, Dubai se investment karna Ghaziabad mein, that too without a site visit, sounds risky. Capital appreciation toh market pe depend karta hai, but trust factor is huge. Kya builder ka track record pata hai?
U1, aap sahi keh rahe ho. Mera ek NRI friend ne bhi same mistake ki thi Noida mein. Usne ek small builder ke project mein invest kiya jo baad mein stuck ho gaya. Better to hire a trusted local property consultant jo aapke behalf pe due diligence kare. Sirf brochures pe mat jao.

Totally agree U1. Ghaziabad mein bahut builders ne naam kharab kiya hai. Track record check karna sabse pehla step hona chahiye, especially for a first-time buyer. Remote se toh aur bhi zaroori.
