Srinivasa Nagar upgrade: Is it worth it?

Srinivasa Nagar keeps coming up. I'm in a 2BHK now, thinking 3BHK there. Prices seem high; is it justified? What's daily life like, traffic-wise? Any hidden catches?

Srinivasa Nagar? Bhai, I've been eyeing it too, but the prices seem crazy for a 3BHK. My budget is tight, and I'm a first-time buyer, so har ek penny count karti hai. Is the appreciation really that good, or is it just hype created by brokers? Traffic ka kya scene hai, especially towards IT parks?
