SS Cendana's ROI potential feels questionable
Did some deep diving on Sohna projects from Dubai, and SS Cendana caught my eye. I'm looking at it purely from an investment perspective, for long-term ROI. The current price range, around ₹2.16 Cr, seems a bit high for Sohna, no? Has anyone seen significant capital appreciation since its launch? Matlab, resale potential kya lagta hai? I'm worried about being an absentee owner; can't do a site inspection myself. What's the realistic rental yield we can expect here? Also, SS Group ka project delivery track record kaisa hai? RERA compliance toh hoga, but on-time possession kitna likely hai? Need to factor in property manager costs too. Any ground-level info on actual returns or builder reliability would be super helpful. Thoda skeptical hoon, being so far away.
