SS Group Sohna: Hidden costs are a real shocker

Hidden charges in Gurugram property deals are just getting out of hand. Honestly, I work in real estate myself, but buying my own flat with SS Group in Sohna has been an eye-opener for the 'all-in cost' game. Brochure mein price kuch aur hota hai, but by the time you add PLC, OC charges, power backup installation, maintenance advance, and even club membership, it becomes a completely different figure. My 2BHK jo ₹1.5 Cr dikha rahe the, is easily ₹1.7 Cr+ after everything. It feels like they purposefully hide these so you commit, aur phir ek-ek karke charges add karte rehte hain. I'm especially annoyed by the 'possession charges' that suddenly appear. Builders should be transparent from day one. Has anyone else faced this kind of shock with hidden costs right before possession? Kya negotiation possible hai on these 'mandatory' extras, ya bas pay karna padta hai? Share your experiences, yaar.
