SS Group's delivery promises – are they real?

I'm based in Dubai and invested in SS Group in Sector 74 a while back. They promised possession by 2024, but it's looking unlikely. Anyone else facing massive delays? Honestly not sure what to do since I can't just pop over for site inspections. Thinking of selling even before possession, but is the resale market even healthy enough right now? Need advice from people on the ground. What are my options, seriously?
