SS Linden: Is daily living here actually worth the hype?
Is SS Linden Residential Floors actually liveable ya sirf brochure mein achha lagta hai? Just got possession two months back, and the handover process was a total mess, baaki toh chhodo. Everyone glorifies the location and 'luxury' tag, but honestly, most advertised amenities aren't fully functional yet. Pool closed half the time, gym equipment missing. Daily noise levels from the main road are higher than expected. For 3 Cr+, you'd want a genuinely good living experience, right? Disagree? Tell me why.

I visited SS Linden last month, and while the sample flat looked great, I noticed the construction noise was quite high. The sales rep assured me it would reduce once finished, but the main road noise U1 mentioned is a different issue. Also, 155 total units for such a 'luxury' project seems a bit small, raises questions about maintenance pooling later. What are the common area charges looking like?

Bhai, for 3 Cr, you can find much better options, maybe a little further out from the main road but with better peace of mind. Have you checked out properties around Badshahpur? You might get a bigger space and established amenities there for that price point. Just saying.
U7, Badshahpur is good, but it's not the same 'prime' location tag as SS Linden. People pay a premium for that address. But if amenities aren't there, what's the point? This current market in Gurugram is so inflated, buyers need to be super careful.

Totally agree with U1. My friend bought a flat in another SS project a few years ago, and similar issues with amenities took ages to resolve. Builders promise the moon in brochures, but reality is often different. Especially in Gurugram, with so much construction, noise is a given, but 3 Cr+ for this? No way.
Yaar, I was just looking at this project for a 3BHK. My budget is also around 3 Cr. Your post has me seriously worried now. Sach mein itna bura haal hai? I thought SS was a good builder, this is disheartening to hear.
Same here! My agent kept pushing SS Linden, saying it's a prime investment near Airport Road. But the 'possession date 2024-12-01' is what I saw on RERA. How did you get possession two months back? Is it partial or something?
