Is SS One actually a good place to live daily, or just another fancy brochure? I'm so fed up of renting, my landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. The brochures look great, but what's the real story with the amenities there? Are they genuinely useful, or just decorative? Also, how's the neighbourhood quality, like schools or markets nearby? Trying to figure out if the EMI vs rent math makes sense for an actual home, not just an investment.

Thoda balanced view bhi dekho guys. Yes, 'upcoming' projects have risks, and delays are possible. But Gurugram mein property appreciation ka potential bhi bahut high hai. If SS One is in a good growth corridor, the future value could offset initial concerns. For a first-time buyer, it's about balancing risk and reward. Visit the site multiple times, talk to people living nearby, and maybe check reviews of the builder's other projects thoroughly. Don't just rely on brochures, but also don't dismiss the potential entirely.
Still, 2028-12-01 is so far away! And 'upcoming' means it's still in initial stages. What if it gets delayed further? It's a huge gamble for a first home.
U9, your point about appreciation is valid, but with the high price range (₹2.7 Cr – ₹3.0 Cr) and upcoming status, what specific factors make you think it will appreciate well, especially with the potential delays and interest rate fluctuations?
Neighbourhood quality ka toh bohot bada factor hai. SS One ke aas paas schools aur daily needs shops ka kya haal hai? Sirf fancy amenities se kya hoga agar roz ki zindagi mushkil ho? Maine Baharampur Naya mein bhi dekha hai, wahan thoda affordable hai aur basic infrastructure bhi theek lag raha hai. Kya SS One ka area itna developed hai ki itna price justify kare?
Dekho, EMI vs Rent ka math toh tabhi banega jab possession time pe mile. SS One ka possession date 2028-12-01 hai, aur project abhi 'upcoming' hai. Given the current market conditions in Gurugram, delays are very common. Builder ne RERA number GGM/733/465/2023/77 toh le liya hai, which is good, but 126 units hain. Thoda research karo past projects pe. Mera ek friend Airport Road pe phasa hua hai, 2 saal late ho gaya uska project.
Exactly! Is this builder known for RERA compliance, ya bas number leke kaam chala rahe hain? Koi previous buyer hai yahan se jo bata sake?
Sahi keh rahe ho U5. Mera bhi yahi darr hai. Builder delays are a nightmare. RERA number hona achha hai, but usko enforce karwana bhi ek fight hai. Especially for first-time buyers, time pe ghar milna bohot zaroori hai.
I'm also looking at SS One, but the 'upcoming' status makes me hesitant. Has anyone actually seen the proposed amenities on site, or are we just going by renders? Aur neighbourhood ka kya scene hai? Like, Badshahpur side mein development toh tez hai, but wahan pe prices abhi bhi thode better mil jaate hain. Is SS One's location really worth the premium?
Yaar, SS One ki brochures dekh ke toh lagta hai sab kuch perfect hai. But as a first-time buyer, I'm super nervous. Is it actually a good place to live daily, or just another fancy brochure? Are the amenities genuinely useful, or just decorative? Also, how's the neighbourhood quality, like schools or markets nearby? Trying to figure out if the EMI vs rent math makes sense for an actual home, not just an investment. Bahut confusion hai!
Bhai, amenities toh har builder ki brochure mein 'world-class' lagti hain. Real mein, swimming pool saal mein do baar saaf hota hai aur gym mein adhe machines kharab pade rehte hain. SS One ka track record bhi check karlo, I've heard mixed reviews for this builder's previous projects. Most amenities are just for show, especially in upcoming projects.
Totally agree with U1! I went to their site office, they showed me all these amazing plans, but I'm worried it's all just on paper. Price toh bahut zyada lag raha hai for an 'upcoming' project. ₹2.7 Cr – ₹3.0 Cr is a huge amount for promises.
