The resale market for SS Shri Ram Vatika feels incredibly illiquid right now. I bought a unit there expecting decent capital appreciation and an easy exit strategy. Honestly, finding a buyer is proving tough; offers are nowhere near what I'd hoped. Rental yields aren't making up for it either. Did anyone else buy here and manage a profitable resale? Or is this just the reality for completed projects in Noida Extension?

Bhai, totally agree! I was also looking at SS Shri Ram Vatika kuch time pehle, but then heard similar stories about resale. The fact that possession 2015 mein ho gaya tha, aur abhi bhi itni struggle hai, makes me super nervous. Lagta hai Noida Extension mein sab projects ka yahi haal hai, especially jo thode purane ho gaye hain.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Liquidity issue sirf SS Shri Ram Vatika ka nahi hai, poore Noida Extension mein buyer
