Yaar, I can totally feel your pain. ₹1.35 Cr for 2BHK sounds a bit steep for that rental income. I'm looking at properties in Akshayanagar and even there, the rental yield is barely 2.5-3%. Did you check the RERA docs for the expected completion date? Sometimes these delays hit the rental market hard.
