St Patricks' delivery promises are a complete joke

Just got possession of my Bignonia Towers flat last month, but it's like 10 months late! Builder ne jo timeline diya tha, sab hawa ho gaya. My EMI started ages ago, but rental income ka wait karna pada. Is this normal for St Patricks? Kya compensation milta hai aise delays pe? Bahut frustration ho rahi hai.
