Mohali — ST Patricks The Skylo Tower ke baare mein soch raha hoon. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 70 and want to upgrade to a 3BHK. Already have a home loan, so I'm wondering if the premium for these projects is actually justified. Maintenance charges ka kya scene hai wahan? Brochure mein sab high-end services dikhate hain, but real mein service quality kaisi hai? Value for money hai, ya bas extra paisa? Clubhouse aur sports facilities kitni use hoti hain? Sometimes lagta hai bas dikhane ke liye hain. Parking allocation ka bhi issue hai... reserved hai ya daily struggle? Genuine feedback needed!
