Stamp duty and registration are the real shocks

Not proud of this but I completely underestimated the final cost of my flat in Sector 50. Just moved in last month. Everyone talks about property price, but yaar, stamp duty and registration charges kitne zyada hain! L&T Realty ka project tha, ₹80L ka 2BHK liya, but jab final bill aaya tab aankhein khul gayi. Why don't builders clearly mention this upfront? Change my mind.
