Stamp duty and registration costs in Gurgaon are just too high, feels like a rip-off. We're looking at a 3BHK near Sohna Road for my growing family, kids' school admission bhi hai. Builder quote toh theek lagta hai initially, but then jab sab extra charges add hote hain, like stamp duty, registration, parking, it's mind-boggling. Hercules Ventures LLP ka project dekha tha, unka bhi same scene. Is it possible to negotiate these charges down, especially stamp duty? Or are secondary market deals better for overall savings? Kya resale mein total cost kam padti hai?
