Totally relate! I'm also looking in Greater Noida, and this 'hidden cost' thing is a nightmare. Builders always quote a base price, and then add on floor rise, PLC, maintenance, and then this huge chunk for stamp duty and registration. Morpheus ka toh sun ke aur darr lag raha hai, OP.
Exactly! Some agents told me it can go up by 7-8% of the agreement value easily. It's a significant amount jo budget hila deta hai.
