Builder quotes always feel so incomplete, especially with stamp duty. I'm looking at a 2BHK in SK Pride, Sector 107, around ₹85L. They quote basic price, but registration and stamp duty kitna lagta hai actually? Can we even negotiate on that part, ya fixed hi hota hai? Kya aur bhi hidden costs hote hain possession ke time?

Bhai, SK Pride ka toh pata nahi, but main jab Alpha I Greater Noida mein apna 2BHK liya tha, toh builder ne last moment pe club membership, IFMS (Interest Free Maintenance Security), power backup installation charges, aur even water connection charges bhi add kar diye. Ye sab milake 3-4 lakh extra pad gaya tha. Itna shock laga tha! Builder sales team ne pehle kabhi mention hi nahi kiya tha. So be very careful aur detailed cost sheet maango.

Haan yaar, exactly! Ye IFMS aur club membership toh har jagah chipka dete hain. So frustrating!
SK Pride mein ₹85L toh basic price hai, toh uspar 5-7% stamp duty expect karo, plus 1% registration charges. Noida mein toh yahi rate chal raha hai. Total around 6-8% extra pakad ke chalo. Negotiate toh nahi hota isme, government charges hain.
Totally agree, bhai! Builders just show the base price and then add so many things. It's so confusing for first-timers like us. SK Pride suna hai, location toh achi hai.
