Stamp duty is the real killer, not PLCs
Stamp duty and registration are the biggest hidden costs, not PLCs. Everyone focuses on the base price for a 3BHK in Palam Vihar, but the actual outgo for a ₹1.5 Cr flat with Landmark Infonet Pvt. Ltd. is way more. I'm in real estate, but even I'm shocked by the final numbers when buying for myself. Are people actually factoring in the full 7% for women buyers, plus all those 'miscellaneous' charges at possession? It eats into ROI big time. What negotiation tactics actually work on these fixed government charges? Change my mind.

Yaar, sach mein! The base price is just bait. I was looking at a 2BHK near Airport Road, and when they added stamp duty, registration, legal fees, and that 'club membership' charge, my budget went for a toss. Builder toh bas basic rate batata hai.
