Stamp duty ka asli jhatka in Greater Noida
Okay, I'm fed up of renting yaar. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya, toh finally taking the plunge in Greater Noida. Looking for a 2BHK/3BHK, maybe TechZone IV or Sector 150. Everyone glorifies new projects, like from Inspire Associates, but nobody talks about the *real* all-in cost. Matlab, builder ka price toh ek cheez hai, but then stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking fees... ye sab add karke toh budget pura hil jaata hai. I'm seeing prices like ₹78L for a 2BHK but then the 'extra charges' push it to ₹85L+. Honestly, I'm wondering if secondary market deals in Noida Extension are a smarter play for an end-user like me. Can you actually negotiate more on a resale property for a better *final* price, including all these government charges? Builder se toh negotiation mein zyada scope nahi lagta, especially on official charges. Is the total outgo lower on resale? Change my mind.
