Bhai, yeh toh common problem hai. Hum bhi jab Badshahpur mein dekh rahe the, tab laga ki final cost mein kitna difference aa jaata hai. Negotiation toh mushkil hi hai stamp duty pe, government rate hota hai na. Builder se kuch aur discount le sakte ho shayad
